Who We Are
We are an independent Salesforce contract assurance firm founded by former Salesforce commercial and legal leaders.
Between us, we spent 14 years inside Salesforce, working across sales, deal desk, and legal, and supporting 300+ Salesforce opportunities representing hundreds of millions of dollars in contract value. We’ve negotiated new contracts, renewals, restructures, and complex enterprise agreements from the inside — and now apply that experience on the customer side.
Our work is deliberately narrow and focused. We don’t resell software. We don’t implement Salesforce. We don’t earn referral fees. That independence allows us to provide objective, conflict-free advice to procurement, finance, and legal teams when decisions matter most.
What differentiates us is not just our experience, but our understanding of how Salesforce actually operates internally— how account teams are incentivised, how deal desk and legal behave under pressure, and where real flexibility exists. That insight allows us to focus on practical leverage, not theoretical positions.
